16 Week Biblical Studies Course
This course will explore the rich tapestry of types and shadows of Jesus Christ as presented in the Old Testament. Students will examine various biblical narratives, symbols, and prophecies that foreshadow the coming of Christ and His fulfillment in the New Testament. By studying key figures, events, and prophetic scriptures, students will gain a deeper understanding of how Jesus is intricately woven into the fabric of the Old Testament.

Course Objectives
1. Identify and analyze the types and shadows of Christ in Old Testament narratives.
2. Discuss the significance of prophetic scriptures regarding the coming Messiah.
3. Explain how Jesus fulfills Old Testament prophecies and types in the New Testament.
4. Develop a theological framework that connects Old Testament themes with New Testament revelations.

Completion Requirements
*Assessment and Grading:**
- **Participation and Attendance:** 15%
- **Weekly Reflection Papers (1-2 pages each):** 30%
- **Midterm Exam:** 25%
- **Final Project (Research Paper or Presentation):** 30%
Regular reading assignments from the required texts will enhance understanding and engagement.
- Students are encouraged to bring questions and insights to class discussions.
- All assignments are due on the specified dates; late submissions will incur a penalty unless prior arrangements are made.
Course Fees
$200.00 is due upon enrollment. (*Installment payment is available upon request - 50% upon enrollment, 50% on or before week 8).

Class begins on Thursday, January 29th and ends on Thursday, May 14th, 2026
Class meets weekly on Thursdays from 7pm - 8:30pm via ZOOM.
Any in person classes will be announced.
