ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive between 10:00 am and 10:45 am so we can place your car or bike for show time…bike ride through is welcome as well.

 

LOCATION: The Advancing Church, 4152 Washington Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63108

 

SHOW TIME: Starts at 11am - 3pm 

 

GENERAL ADMISSION PARKING: There will be signage and a parking team to direct street and lot parking a quarter of a block from the church at 4234 Washington Blvd. Saint Louis , MO, 63108

 

ADMISSION: Admission to the Car Show is FREE to the public (please feel free to invite your friends and family and post on social media or in your car groups) 

 

RIDE THROUGH: If you are part of a car group or club please feel free to have them come ride through our car show anytime between 11am - 2:30pm. Please enter on Washington Blvd. entrance. For more questions contact the organizers. 

 

VEHICLE ENTRIES: Day of car entries are welcome to be entered to win a prize. Please have them reach out to one of the organizers or register online at  Car Show | The Advancing Church

 

AWARDS: Trophy Winners will be based on the cool factor and the attention from the crowd. Winners will be announced no later than 2:00pm. Trophy Titles & Categories for the 4th Annual Advancing Church Car Show see the attached flyer for all 15 award titles with the grand prize of the 6lb Gold Championship Belt called the 'Pastors Choice Award'. 

 

CONCESSIONS: Concessions will open at 11:30am. Each person will get a ticket for a FREE hot dog, chip, and a drink.

 

JUDGING: Starts at Between 12:00pm - 1:30pm (The Car Show Organizer Team will Facilitate and announcement on or before 2pm) 

 

MUSIC: Music will be played outside by the Advancing Church Staff via play list for all attendees to consume however (you can also play your own music as well. Please be mindful it is a family environment.

 

ACTIVITIES: Children’s bounce house, basketball pop-a-shot, free food, yard games, music, car show awards and gifts.

 

ITEMS TO BRING: Please bring a folding chair for sitting or a chair can be provided for you by the church. Please request a chair at the registration table at the entrance and a staff member will bring it to you. Prepare to stay cool because the temp will be in the mid 80's so plan accordingly i.e coolers, towels, umbrellas, small tents etc.

 

GIFTS: A car show gift package will be given to the first 50 cars, bikes or trucks to arrive the day of the show.

PRAYER: If you stand in need of prayer please see one of our team members in the lower level of the church so we can come into agreement with you in prayer and salvation. 

 

RESTROOMS: All restrooms are available in the lower level of the church.
